We take the concept of online tutorials one step further by having a live expert demonstrating and narrating real-time. Whilst eliminating the costs and timescales associated with off-site training, this approach allows us to simulate a live classroom, including the ability to instantly respond to questions. We are then able to demonstrate the point or even view your working progress in an ‘over the shoulder’ type scenario. |

Technical Reviews
A highly productive session with one of our experts. This pre-planned technical user-group session is designed to provide the opportunity to discuss the use of our software packages. This also identifies areas where users may need to brush up on their knowledge of the software’s functional capabilities. Our representative will also be able to discuss the technical support activities of your users since the last technical review session. |
Tailored User Training

Workflow Productivity Review
We look at how the software is being applied to your design process by each of your users. We will highlight areas where we feel additional benefits can be gained by improved productivity or advanced software use. Following a detailed report, we will compile a bespoke training course, often using your own material, and always aimed at improving the skills of your users.
