Cutting Edge Solutions Ltd, Satisfaction Survey
Produces Excellent Feedback.
The annual survey asks customers for feedback on CES products and services. The broad survey includes: performance of pre-sales activities, order process, delivery & installation, training, account management, product, support, and the overall performance of CES. It is used by CES to help focus attention in areas where there is still room for improvement and also as a benchmark for moving forward.
The results were very encouraging, as CES continue to produce excellent feedback. Customer satisfaction levels remain at their highest to date with the feedback for support and product knowledge being very positive. Professionalism of the sales team yet again continued to produce top results, equalling last year’s score.
Michael O’Connor, CAD Technician at Birley Manufacturing, commented on CES products and services: “Absolutely excellent support, the best I have encountered.”
“Generally we are very pleased with the service from CES” Matthew Toms Product Development Manager at Impey UK stated. He continued: “Cutting Edge Solutions are a genuine asset to Siemens and as a company is without fault”.
Jonathan Mills, Engineering Manager at Weir Valves and Controls UK, spoke about his experience of CES: “Overall, an excellent customer focused service provided”.
As a thank you for their support, customers who completed the survey were entered into a prize draw for the chance to win a meal for two at a restaurant local to them. The prize went to Alex McMurray from SITEC.
