Our Premium Service agreements are designed to help our customers maximise their software investment. Regular access to our Application Consultants and regular training and support, matching your unique requirements, will ensure that your users are kept up-to-date as well as maximising their productivity with the latest features and techniques.

What's Included?
Live web support Live Web Support: Utilising state-of-the-art desktop to desktop web conferencing, highlight your query directly to us, live, with advanced screen sharing. Our support engineers will then be able to assist you, either by demonstrating the solution to you or even driving your models directly in front of you.
Technical reviews Technical Review: This pre-planned technical user-group session is designed to allow your users the opportunity to address any queries or issues with the use of Solid Edge. Our representatives will also be able to discuss the technical support activities of your users since the last technical review session.
Bespoke user training Tailored User Training: These courses are designed to keep your users abreast of new functionality and techniques when utilising Solid Edge in their day-to-day design activities. Our bespoke training courses are tailored to your exact requirements and will only introduce relevant topics.
Workflow productivity review Workflow Productivity Review: We look at how Solid Edge is being applied to your design process by each of your users. We will highlight areas where we feel additional benefits can be gained by improved productivity or advanced use of Solid Edge. Following a detailed report we will then compile a bespoke training course.
Dedicated Project Manager Dedicated Project Manager: Clients with a 'Premium Plus' support contract will have a dedicated Project Manager, who will coordinate the various activities that our highest level of pro-active support offers throughout the year, including the scheduling of on-site technical meetings and training.
On-demand online training Online Training: We take the concept of on-line tutorials one step further by having an expert demonstrating and narrating real-time. Whilst eliminating the costs and timescales associated with off-site training, this approach allows us to simulate a live classroom, including the ability to instantly respond to questions and ensure that the subject is clearly understood before we progress.
