Solid Edge Classic

Solid Edge Classic features Solid Edge core functionality (SE Foundation) and the following integrated modules: Engineering Reference, Simulation Express, Machinery Library, Feature Recogniser, and Virtual Studio Plus.

Solid Edge Foundation

Solid Edge Foundation features all core Solid Edge functionality and includes Advanced Part modelling, Sheet Metal Design, Advanced Assembly Design and basic standard parts library. It also includes programming interface for the creation and running of bespoke or third-party integrated applications.

Solid Edge Design & Drafting

Design & Drafting contains around 80% of the product functionality of Solid Edge Foundation, including part and assembly modelling and of course, all drawing creation tools. Ideal as a low-cost introduction to the benefits of 3D solid modelling or as a compliment to existing Solid Edge Classic.
